Confrontation.
Are you good at it?
At work, I have to be. And I am acutely aware that it is how you say what you need to say.
In my personal life, I do not hesitate to speak from my mind and my heart with Mr. Most others on the periphery get that true essence of me as well.
But having said that, I was not always good at discussing `stuff` and preferred to cope by avoiding issues, concerns or potentially emotionally difficult situations. Who needs the grief?
Balance is key between the two I have learned over the years. That is the difficult part...finding the balance between confronting or avoiding a potentially contentious concern or issue.
I`ll learn though.
I am getting there!

This is a difficult question
as when emotions come into play we are not always
as rational as we hope we can be!!
respect is another issue and it is a two way street!!
if repect is lost... it is either you disconnect or
you speak your mind!!
I do both...
