I was looking at a dog breeder's ad for a pure breed pup they were trying to sell (hey, I was just looking! I am not getting another pup!
) and the breeder is insisting the purchaser of the dog agree to a no breeding clause whereby the owner will have the dog sterilized and not use the dog to breed.
I sezs to Mr...'just how can the seller (breeder) insist the buyer adhere to this condition?'
Mr sezs the seller can not enforce this.
I agree.
But why would they insert that clause if they can not legally enforce it?
Bizarro world now isn't it?

Perhaps the dog has to be registered as neutered under your ownership, but before he leaves the current owners ?
