There is something to be said for getting up, getting dressed and trundling off to your place of work. And there is also something to be said for interacting with people at your work.

Both of those activities fulfil a basic human need or desire for interaction and connection with others.

For the past eighteen months, Mr has been working on his own for the most part with three weeks at the customer's office and the fourth week back here with him working out of his home office.

During that team, he truly missed the daily interaction of working in an office setting with colleagues and as part of a team.

However, he has just closed a deal to build a team to work on the project he has been working on for the past eighteen months and he couldn't be happier.
